Job Summary

Own and drive product strategy for NVIDIA’s PyTorch compiler portfolio, including torch.compile roadmap, shared representation across frameworks/runtimes, and agent-native compiler workflows. Partner closely with engineering leads to define Now/Next/Later priorities, translate ecosystem signals (e.g., vLLM, SGLang, TorchTitan, Megatron-Core) into decisions, and set performance gates and adoption milestones while engaging with contributors and top external customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product strategy for NVIDIA’s PyTorch compiler portfolio, including maintaining/updating upstream PyTorch paths and driving hardware support.
•Define the roadmap and go-to-market for the shared representation layer across frameworks, compilers, kernel libraries, and runtimes.
•Set product vision for agent-native compiler workflows and define inter-kernel optimization feature requirements (e.g., megakernels).
•Lead Now/Next/Later priority setting with engineering leads and translate ecosystem signals (RFCs, CUDA Graph patterns, GraphTrainer plans, upstream priorities) into product decisions.
•Engage with customers and partners, define success metrics and release criteria (performance gates, adoption milestones), and establish what “proven” means for new optimizations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 379,500 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years in technical product management, including 5 years owning a compiler, runtime, or low-level systems product at scale.
•BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
•Experience with OSS-first products and upstream contribution strategy.
•Proven track record shipping and driving adoption for developer efficiency and performance-oriented infrastructure products.
•Understanding of how inference frameworks use compiler technology (including torch.compile) and how new hardware features create compiler requirements.
