Key Responsibilities

•Perform structural analysis in low cycle fatigue, damage tolerance, vibration, and fracture mechanics.
•Support development and improvement of structural analysis and lifing tools, including opportunities for automation and Python‑based processing.
•Build or modify finite element models (ANSYS or equivalent).
•Complete pre‑ and post‑test data processing to support engineering evaluations.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate assumptions and ensure technical alignment.

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials, or a related engineering field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
•U.S. citizenship is required due to government program participation.
•Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
•Experience with Python, MATLAB, or similar tools for analysis automation (preferred).
•Working knowledge of fatigue and fracture mechanics or Experience with ANSYS or similar FEA tools
