Direct the management team responsible for the performance of the Institutional Servicing portfolio for off-balance commercial real estate. Ensure compliance with regulatory, investor, and internal servicing guidelines while monitoring service levels for clients and rating agencies. Oversee Portfolio Services Warehouse and Conversions, approve complex cash management agreements and disbursements, evaluate risk ratings through AQR, and partner with senior leadership on servicing initiatives, workflow improvements, and workout strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise the management team for off-balance commercial real estate portfolios through regular in-office engagement.
•Oversee the Portfolio Services Warehouse team and the Conversions department.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory, investor, and internal servicing guidelines while monitoring work output and service levels.
•Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic servicing initiatives and participate in planning sessions for workout strategies with Asset Resolution Group (ARG).
•Review and approve complex cash management agreements and disbursements, authorize disbursements, and coordinate servicing transfers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of commercial real estate servicing experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience (required).
•Oversee commercial real estate portfolios including conduit, agency, and life insurance clients.
•Ensure management of loan operations and compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines.
•Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across departments.
