Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow daily production plans and schedules to achieve output targets.
  • •Produce intermediate and finished products to customer specifications and company standards.
  • •Accurately weigh, sieve, blend, and mix ingredients, operating equipment safely and efficiently.
  • •Maintain product traceability by recording and downloading information into SAP and completing production paperwork.
  • •Monitor product quality, authenticity, and food safety, ensuring CCP checks and quality controls are followed while maintaining equipment cleanliness and reporting faults/issues.
