Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategize, plan, schedule, and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing operations and equipment.
  • •Develop and maintain technical documents and training-related materials such as schematics and BOMs.
  • •Coordinate training logistics, including class arrangements and administrative support.
  • •Assess training needs and develop training plans for individual roles and factory-wide requirements.
  • •Create and maintain processes to track training records and evaluate program effectiveness, including NPI and HVM training support.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a relevant field with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in equipment and operations training, manufacturing processes.

  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
