Job Summary

Account Executive role shaping and growing Aon’s Tech & AI offering. You will identify new tech/AI client relationships, develop ongoing partnerships, and collaborate across customer teams to design insurance solutions. You’ll work closely with customers and internal specialists, taking early ownership in a global, entrepreneurial environment, and contribute to evolving our Tech & AI value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage customer relationships within the Tech & AI segment, identifying risk and needs in tech business models and proposing insurance solutions.
•Drive business development within the segment, including cross-selling and expanding existing client partnerships.
•Coordinate activities across different roles in the client teams to deliver maximum value and ensure a coordinated client experience.
•Collaborate with internal specialists to craft innovative solutions tailored to tech companies and contribute to shaping Aon’s Tech & AI offering, methods, and positioning.
•Work closely with customers throughout the end-to-end process, from understanding business and risk to structuring and implementing appropriate insurance solutions.
