Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition through execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, and market launch.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams to maintain execution rhythm.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion efforts, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Create briefs, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers for stakeholders across functions and countries.
•Identify execution gaps, push teams to close them, and own urgent business problems that don’t fit neatly into one department.

Key Requirements

•Operate as a high-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline from problem definition to execution.
•Write clearly and think structurally, with strong follow-through on decisions, actions, and deadlines.
•Work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across ambiguity and shifting priorities.
•Use strong judgment to identify what matters, what is blocked, and when escalation is needed.
•Bring experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments.
