Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and continuously enhance treasury governance frameworks, including Treasury Policies, SOPs, SLAs, DOAs, and RACI matrices.
  • •Ensure effective communication, adoption, and compliance across Global Treasury, GBS, and business divisions, including annual review and closure of governance actions.
  • •Drive treasury transformation initiatives such as standardization, automation, control enhancement, and operational efficiency across key programs.
  • •Lead Treasury AI governance and innovation, establishing controls for AI development/deployment and ensuring compliance with stage-gate processes.
  • •Oversee preparation, review, and analysis of treasury reports, P&L, balance sheet positions, operating costs, and act as primary point of contact for audits to ensure timely closure of findings.

Key Requirements

  • •CA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent certification is required; additional treasury coursework (ACT or similar) is beneficial.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing treasury operations and controls within a large organization.
  • •Advanced analytical knowledge of treasury processes, banking, hedging, and trade finance.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP TRM, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence colleagues and collaborate with stakeholders.
