Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan work for crafts with task lists, technical data, blueprints, manhours, and expected outcomes.
  • •Build efficient weekly and outage schedules based on priority needs, manpower usage, and track adherence; lead outage progress meetings.
  • •Coordinate with engineering leadership, engineers, and general supervisor to maintain critical priorities, plans, and schedules.
  • •Work with outside vendors, contractors, and internal plant resources to facilitate outage/plan execution and obtain critical supplies and services.
  • •Maintain work order backlogs, PM records, safety backlogs, planning priorities, KPI tracking, PM generation documentation, and follow-ups.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of industrial experience in Maintenance (or related), with a minimum of 5 years at the shop floor level.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field strongly preferred, though extensive experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • •Strong planning and scheduling skills, including time management and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • •Detailed understanding of repair procedures and requirements and effective written/verbal communication with different audiences.
