Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project safety and security tasks across the United States for internal and external clients using FTA and APTA processes.
  • •Develop PHAs/TVAs and associated mitigations/countermeasures and support related safety/security deliverables.
  • •Develop and maintain CEL/CIL and DCCCs/CSCCs and prepare SSC documents and reports.
  • •Develop PTASP materials, including annual reviews and updates, and conduct SSC peer reviews.
  • •Provide SSC training for internal and external clients and hold workshops with multi-disciplinary groups/committees.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •U.S. citizenship required.
  • •Ability to pass an MVR check.
  • •Possess or be able to attain a U.S. Security Clearance.
  • •Proven project task lead experience with public transportation safety certification training programs (PTSCTP, TSSP), State Safety Oversight (SSO), and U.S. domestic cybersecurity/SS experience.
