Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care in compliance with ethical and professional standards.
  • •Deliver quality patient care with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
  • •Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
  • •Create and contribute to a positive patient experience by maintaining a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
  • •Supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing employees to build a learning environment and employee competence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • •At least 2 years current/recent experience in Post Natal Ward and newborn care.
  • •Basic Arabic language skills.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
  • •Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
