Registered Nurse

Provide patient-centered nursing care within scope of practice at an outpatient clinic, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating programmes of care. Uphold professional nursing standards as a positive role model, comply with UAE code of conduct, scope of practice, and licensure requirements, and maintain patient confidentiality. Support clinical policies and colleague development, delegate only to trained staff, and manage deteriorating patients using Early Warning System escalation and American Heart Association emergency algorithms.
