Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design and analysis of pumping systems and pipeline/network systems (water, slurry, dewatering).
  • •Define system philosophy including pumping strategy, operating scenarios, and overpressure/surge protection.
  • •Provide technical assurance and review of key deliverables such as pipeline route selection, feasibility studies, material selection, wall thickness design, and pipeline stress analysis.
  • •Undertake and lead pipeline design work across concept/detail design deliverables (e.g., design calculations, hydraulic modelling, documentation, and commissioning plans).
  • •Mentor engineers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure engineering excellence, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •13-16 years of experience in process engineering.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/civil engineering (preferred master’s).
  • •Strong experience in pumping systems and pipeline networks, including hydraulic design and system analysis.
  • •Experience working in a LEAN environment and strong attention to detail.
  • •C. Eng or P. Eng qualification would be an added advantage; excellent written and verbal communication in English.
