Key Responsibilities

  • •Own high-priority projects end to end on behalf of the founders, from customer pilots and field deployments to internal tooling and process automation.
  • •Hands-on hardware work including preparing and assembling sensor and compute kits, moving machines/equipment, and supporting on-site installation, testing, and demos.
  • •Build analysis behind key decisions such as unit economics, pricing, market sizing, and machine performance data by pulling and cleaning data.
  • •Prepare material for investors, grant programmes, and customers, working across engineering, commercial, and operations teams to unblock execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • •Able to ship working software using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, using enough Python and SQL to review, debug, and trust outputs.
  • •Valid category B driving licence and willingness to drive to customer sites, transport equipment, and move machines and hardware.
  • •Demonstrated ability to get things done without supervision (startup, side project, student venture, or demanding internship).
  • •Based in Berlin (or willing to relocate) and comfortable working on-site in a workshop around heavy machinery.
