Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Relationship Manager with internal account administration, business development support, and client presentations for Banking.
  • •Understand clients’ needs behind service requests and communicate with the Lead RM to facilitate service changes or transactions.
  • •Apply Northern’s KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence procedures, including updating KYC/CRF when applicable.
  • •Coordinate with back-office teams on deposit transaction processing and execute daily client servicing activities (account opening, exceptions, overdrafts, fees) and resolve inquiries.
  • •Communicate with clients regularly about account setup/status, past due loans, document requests, and submit new account/prospect packages to AML for review.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience (or equivalent) in financial servicing with client servicing background.
  • •Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • •Fluent Spanish required.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
