Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead safe and efficient execution of well testing activities at the wellsite, including pre-job preparation through demobilization.
  • •Coordinate and guide field team members during daily operations with clear task allocation, communication, shift handover, and alignment with the approved program.
  • •Drive service excellence by delivering jobs safely, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements and Baker Hughes standards.
  • •Prepare, inspect, operate, and support readiness of well testing equipment and related systems used for testing operations.
  • •Monitor wellsite parameters and trends, escalate issues, support corrective actions, maintain field documentation, and communicate job progress and safety/service updates with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, technical diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related technical discipline) with practical field experience in oil and gas well testing operations.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience in oil and gas well testing, surface testing, production testing, flowback, clean-up, or related wellsite services.
  • •Ability to lead field execution, coordinate team members, support job readiness, and maintain strong service quality during well testing operations.
  • •Knowledge of well testing equipment and processes (pressure control, test separators, choke manifolds, burners, tanks, flowlines, sand management, sampling, data acquisition).
  • •Ability to monitor wellsite data, identify operational deviations, troubleshoot equipment/process issues, and support timely corrective actions in fast-paced field environments.
