Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and implementation of the OBKYS strategy as part of the overall OBKYS FSA Implementation.
  • •Provide ownership and execution of the OBKYS roadmap and associated deliveries, including long-term vision and technology/testing use.
  • •Build effective stakeholder relationships at sponsor and business-line level, challenging the status quo and supporting stakeholders with innovative propositions.
  • •Plan and manage delivery of initiatives with business and technology product teams, considering delivery targets, governance, and business benefits.
  • •Facilitate creation of cost-effective, reusable components aligned with bank-wide strategy and OBKYS needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in a digital, technical, or user-centric product/delivery role (e.g., Delivery Lead or Product Owner).
  • •Extensive experience planning and managing technical, business, and governance deliveries to achieve desired outcomes.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, process design, and requirements gathering skills, with knowledge of Project Management, Business Analysis, and/or software development lifecycle (ideally Agile/Scrum).
  • •Ability to identify benefits and outcomes to support prioritisation and roadmap decision-making.
  • •Strong background in supplier onboarding, third-party due diligence/third-party risk management, supplier KYS, or similar control-led onboarding products.
