Job Summary

Engage and qualify potential members for Fitness First, delivering clear membership options and providing exceptional customer service from onboarding through membership renewal. Drive new membership sales daily, weekly, and monthly while supporting clients with outstanding session delivery. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, follow the company’s sales process, ratios, and scripts, and complete required administrative tracking and training documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve the agreed monthly sales goal using a hands-on service approach.
•Deliver excellent customer service and support members from start to end of membership.
•Drive new membership sales daily, weekly, and monthly.
•Complete training and maintain product knowledge; understand and apply the 8 stages of a sale.
•Perform sales administration, tracking, and daily flow activities including DAS book updates and lead follow-ups.

Key Requirements

•Secondary Education (A level or equivalent).
•Ability to achieve an agreed monthly sales goal through a hands-on service approach.
•Deliver clear, thorough membership options to potential new members.
•Maintain updated product knowledge, including the club benefits.
•Follow the full sales process (8 stages) and sales scripts to drive conversions.
