Support Oil & Gas and remediation projects by driving proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance throughout planning and execution. Partner with project teams to monitor OSHA and EPA requirements, maintain safety documentation, and analyze incident trends to recommend corrective actions for safer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform Health and Safety Plan (HASP) reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
•Support project planning by conducting hazard identification, risk assessments, and control selection.
•Lead or support pre-field kickoff meetings to align on safety expectations, procedures, and mitigation strategies.
•Monitor and interpret local, state, and federal safety regulations for Oil & Gas and remediation activities.
•Develop safety documentation and procedures, and support incident trend analysis with corrective action recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field plus 4+ years of relevant safety, health, and environment experience for Oil & Gas or remediation projects (or demonstrated equivalency).
•Perform client-required background and drug & alcohol screening after offer.
•Preferred: 8+ years supporting Safety, Health, and Environment functions for Oil & Gas and remediation projects.
•Preferred: professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHST.
•Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, and industry best practices.
