Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy and roadmap for a key Typeform product area.
  • •Understand customers, workflows, and problems through conversations, behavioural data, research, and market insight.
  • •Turn broad problems into product bets, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Partner with Design and Engineering from discovery through delivery, and use Data/Research to evaluate results.
  • •Define success measures, run experiments when appropriate, and communicate product direction to build alignment across teams and leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience building and scaling digital products, ideally in SaaS or product-led growth environments.
  • •Comfort navigating ambiguous product problems and bringing structure and direction.
  • •Strong customer-outcome focus, with product judgement informed by customer insight, data, and context.
  • •Ability to collaborate closely with Engineering and Design, treating product development as a shared discipline.
  • •Commercial awareness and understanding of how product decisions affect activation, engagement, retention, expansion, and revenue.
