Senior Consultant - CRM

Support the design, configuration, implementation, and continuous enhancement of Salesforce-based CRM solutions to meet business needs. Work with stakeholders to optimize CRM processes, maintain system performance and data integrity, and deliver enhancements through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, approvals, and documentation, and assist with UAT, troubleshooting, and user training to drive successful adoption.
