Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble electro-mechanical components using work orders, engineering drawings, and visual/written work instructions.
  • •Use machines or hand tools to crimp, stake, bolt, rivet, solder, cement, press fit, or perform similar operations to secure parts.
  • •Mount electrical components (e.g., transformers, resistors, capacitors) and integrate circuits, making electrical connections using soldering or bonding procedures.
  • •Perform in-process testing of parts during assembly using equipment such as multimeters and dielectric machines.
  • •Assist with resolving production failures or product issues and identify continuous improvements for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 6 months of experience in an electro-mechanical environment.

  • •6+ months of soldering and blueprint reading experience (preferred).
  • •Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools and instruments.
