Job Summary

Support and strengthen the security posture of Microsoft Azure environments (IaaS and PaaS) by assessing architectures, identifying security risks, and recommending mitigations. Help design and implement secure cloud architectures with network segmentation, access controls, and workload isolation. Partner with Cloud, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to integrate security, advance IAM in Microsoft Entra ID, analyze identity and cloud incidents using logs/telemetry, and improve detection with internal and SOC partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and strengthen the security posture of Microsoft Azure environments (IaaS and PaaS).
•Assess existing cloud architectures, identify security risks, and recommend practical mitigation measures.
•Design and implement secure cloud architectures, including network segmentation, access controls, and workload isolation.
•Support IAM initiatives within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), reviewing authentication events and user access patterns.
•Investigate and analyze cloud and identity security incidents using logs and telemetry, and help improve detection and incident response with internal and SOC partners.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud engineering, or infrastructure roles with a strong focus on security.
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
•Good understanding of cloud security principles and best practices, IAM, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and network security concepts.
•Experience implementing or supporting security controls such as MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC.
•Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess technical risks and recommend improvements.
