Job Summary

Design, implement, and operate security controls across AI infrastructure, AI platforms, and internal systems. Build security software and platform capabilities for multi-cloud environments, including encryption, IAM, secure API gateways, sandboxing, and secure model execution. Conduct security reviews of cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, distributed data stores), embed DevSecOps into CI/CD, manage vulnerabilities, and run security operations with detection engineering, incident response, and red/blue teaming. Embed compliance across SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build security-focused software and platform capabilities to protect customer data, models, and services across multi-cloud infrastructure (encryption, IAM, secure API gateways, secure model execution, sandboxing).
•Perform security reviews of cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes clusters, multi-cloud workloads, distributed data stores) and build systems for continuous security monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated response.
•Embed security into CI/CD pipelines with a DevSecOps approach, including automated scanning and policy enforcement with secure-by-default workflows.
•Build and operate vulnerability management and remediation programs across applications, containers, cloud infrastructure, and dependencies.
•Operate and improve security operations (detection engineering, alert triage, incident response) and participate in red/blue team exercises and incident post-incident reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3 to 7 years of experience in software engineering or security engineering focused on security, infrastructure, or cloud-native systems.
•Proficient in Python and/or Go for designing production-grade systems.
•Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures on GCP, including network segregation, authentication/authorization, encryption, data protection, and intrusion detection.
•Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker/containerized production environments, including Kubernetes internals and security controls.
•Familiarity with security tooling in managed CI/CD environments (e.g., GitHub Actions, Harness, CircleCI) and identity/access controls (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SSO, RBAC/ABAC).
