Job Summary

Define and lead the enterprise Global Demand Planning capability, building the processes, governance, and analytics framework that powers Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and long-term decision-making. Own monthly demand planning across regions and business units, establish KPIs and continuous improvement, and deliver executive-ready demand reviews, scenario modeling, dashboards, and supply-vs-demand insights. Lead and develop a global demand planning team while partnering cross-functionally across Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the monthly demand planning cycle across regions, business units, channels, and product categories.
•Define and continuously improve the Global Demand Planning process, standards, and governance enterprise-wide.
•Establish governance for global Demand Reviews within the S&OP process and align Sales and Supply Chain through data-driven discussions.
•Integrate statistical forecasts with sales, marketing, customer, market, and product inputs; deliver analyses, scenario modeling, and demand insights across a 1–3-year horizon.
•Lead cross-functional mitigation plans, drive process standardization/automation, and develop a high-performing Global Demand Planning team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline; Master's/MBA preferred.
•15+ years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, or related functions.
•Demonstrated experience designing planning processes, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders.
•Previous people leadership experience developing high-performing teams.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Anaplan, Salesforce, and data analytics tools.
