Job Summary

Own the roadmap and execution for merchant financing products across multiple markets, including cash advances, term loans, and invoice financing. Design modular product architecture for embedded credit journeys and define requirements and success metrics. Lead credit onboarding (KYC), disbursement, and repayment flows, partnering with Data Science, Risk, Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver compliant lending experiences and improve funnel performance and portfolio outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the roadmap for seller financing products (Cash Advance, Term Loan, Line of Credit) across multiple markets.
•Build a scalable, modular product architecture supporting embedded credit journeys within the ecosystem.
•Translate business objectives into product requirements and measurable success metrics.
•Lead design and implementation of credit onboarding (KYC), disbursement, and repayment flows for the e-commerce ecosystem.
•Partner with Data Science and Risk teams to design credit decisioning models and monitoring frameworks, and monitor funnel metrics to improve conversion and utilization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
•Relevant product manager experience in fintech, lending, e-commerce, banking, or credit risk—especially SME or merchant financing.
•Solid understanding of credit product mechanics, risk management, and financial modeling.
•Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.
•Experience working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
