Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with NA Senior Finance Leader and Global Financial Services (GFS) Controller on monthly close and journal entry review.
  • •Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual general accounting processes supporting business units.
  • •Collaborate with business and department leaders to answer accounting questions and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
  • •Support statutory/regulatory filings and coordinate with internal/external auditors and Tax as required.
  • •Review balance sheet reconciliations, lead financial statement preparation and management reports, and drive process improvements and training/coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of related accounting experience focused on financial reporting and business partnering.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • •Experience in manufacturing and a corporate or large business environment (preferred).
  • •CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification and proficiency in financial analysis/reporting and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) (preferred).
