Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Owner’s representative to oversee construction controls and execution aligned to quality and safety standards.
  • •Collaborate to define project objectives, requirements, budget constraints, performance targets, and quality/safety standards.
  • •Develop scopes of work (SOWs) and support RFPs, including vetting and selection of project team members.
  • •Lead and coordinate vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for site logistics, early site works, permitting, and construction activities.
  • •Monitor schedule and progress via regular site inspections, reporting, design reviews, and inspection/test and quality-record endorsement.
