Job Summary

Develop and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedules and Integrated Master Plans/Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for classified work in Tucson. Lead creation, review, and coding of compliant IMS baselines, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical requirements are integrated. Perform critical path, critical metrics, schedule variance, and Schedule Risk Analysis, and provide weekly/monthly planning metrics. Assist on larger efforts as needed and mentor junior planners.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedules and Integrated Master Plans/Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), establishing accurate network and integrated workflow.
•Lead creation and maintenance of compliant IMS baselines integrated with cost and schedule requirements.
•Review IMS planned work for accuracy, completeness, and identifying missing or improperly planned work.
•Conduct schedule risk analysis and integrate mitigation plans and schedule risks into risk management with SME support.
•Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics, and mentor and train junior planners.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of Program Planning, Scheduling, or Project Management experience, or an Advance Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
•Experience using scheduling tools to create and maintain industry schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
•Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
•Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes.
•Security clearance readiness: Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.
