Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve collection performance expectations for assigned accounts based on individual goals (e.g., calls per day, contact percentage, promises/calls ratio).
  • •Provide cure plans, negotiate payment arrangements, and evaluate ability and willingness to pay in accordance with policies and training.
  • •Disclose relevant account information accurately and professionally, while managing client communications with integrity and compliance.
  • •Work accounts thoroughly using established procedures (contact attempts, required letters) and execute call scripts documented in training.
  • •Document all collection efforts in the system of record and assist less experienced teammates with more difficult accounts and client calls.
