Key Responsibilities

•Own the North America commercial engine, including new business revenue, expansion, and retention targets; lead and scale front‑book sales teams (AEs and SDRs)
•Design and implement the sales operating model across segments, territories, and verticals; establish and improve processes and methodologies from discovery to closing; build a hiring framework for sales
•Lead executive‑level discovery, solutioning, and deal execution with strategic prospects and customers; act as a trusted advisor to C‑level and VP stakeholders on payments, FX, and financial operations
•Coach, develop, and inspire the team; create a high-energy culture; conduct regular trainings and deal reviews; foster a learning and experimentation mindset
•Shape strategy and product–market fit by partnering with Product, Marketing, and Risk to identify verticals, refine ICPs, and inform GTM roadmaps

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 260,000 - 280,000 annually
