Job Summary

Drive production KPIs and shared targets to deliver products/projects on time with the highest quality at the lowest possible cost. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly production performance, maintain effective working practices, and ensure execution follows procedures and work instructions in the Pandora system. Lead issue analysis with corrective and preventive actions, support quality improvement, and validate processes from preproduction through mass production. Enforce EHS, compliance, and resourcing effectiveness while mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive key performance indicators for the responsible area and shared KPIs for on-time delivery, quality, and cost.
•Monitor production activities toward daily/weekly/monthly targets and maintain best working practices with daily shop floor presence.
•Control execution to plan by following procedures and work instructions, including effective resourcing management.
•Lead analysis of production issues and create corrective/preventive actions, including follow-up across day and night shifts.
•Ensure manufacturing process alignment (WI and routing) with production plans, perform process validations, and enforce EHS and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Drive production KPIs and shared targets to deliver on-time, high-quality output at lowest possible cost.
•Monitor and improve production activities against daily/weekly/monthly targets while minimizing costs and ensuring best working practices.
•Strong command of basic statistical tools and the ability to analyze concerns to define flexible short-term actions and preventive long-term actions.
•Lead and mentor employees toward best-in-class practices and act as a role model for the team.
•Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company codes of conduct, and enforce environment, health and safety in manufacturing.
