Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end coordination of ISG Provider Lens and other analyst research submissions.
  • •Review RFI questionnaires and submission requirements to determine inputs, supporting data, and stakeholders.
  • •Develop project plans, timelines, and submission schedules; consolidate responses and evidence for submissions.
  • •Coordinate with Analyst Relations/Advisor Relations and cross-functional teams to gather required content and data; provide status updates.
  • •Support the Evaluations Leader with repositories of submission content and drive process improvements via calendars, tracking tools, templates, and checklists.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in analyst relations, proposal management, RFP/RFI coordination, sales support, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related field.
  • •Experience coordinating RFP/RFI/proposal/bid-management processes.
  • •Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams, geographies, and time zones.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration/project-tracking tools, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
