Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of comprehensive project estimates (construction, fees, direct work, and associated costs).
  • •Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs and benchmark estimate accuracy.
  • •Advise clients on capital planning strategies and provide insights to optimize investment decisions.
  • •Support procurement activities such as vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and bid leveling; facilitate bid interviews and recommendations.
  • •Manage cost reporting/forecasting, cost control and change management, including payment applications, change orders, and invoicing processes; support financial close activities as needed.
