Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform spa treatments to the highest professional standards and provide a bespoke, FIVE-star guest experience.
  • •Review appointments after each treatment to ensure punctuality and maintain a tranquil environment.
  • •Maintain immaculate cleanliness and tidy work areas, report dysfunctional equipment to the Spa Manager, and manage treatment-room inventory.
  • •Handle guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally, and keep guest information up to date (amenities, services, local attractions).
  • •Attend spa meetings, stay informed on industry trends and techniques, and assist in training/mentoring new therapists.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 2,400 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist (plus), preferably in award-winning establishments.
  • •Graduate of an accredited school and hold a massage, face, and manicure/pedicure license (or a combination license).
  • •Practical understanding of spa operations and providing top-tier spa services.
  • •Strong commitment to following local and corporate policies and procedures.
  • •Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) and impeccable communication skills.
