Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and administer large-scale, complex building, infrastructure, transportation, or aviation development projects.
  • •Coordinate project delivery across planning, design, procurement, construction, testing/commissioning, completion, handover, and Defects Liability Period (DLP).
  • •Lead contract administration to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project objectives, and regulatory obligations.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage interfaces between contractors, subcontractors, specialist vendors, authorities, operators, and end users.
  • •Monitor project progress, cost, quality, safety, and schedule performance; support governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement; prepare project updates and technical reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Architectural, Civil & Structural (C&S), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), or Project Management disciplines.
  • •Professional qualification, registration, or accreditation recognized by the relevant professional body and acceptable to the Client.
  • •Proven experience delivering major building, infrastructure, transportation, aviation, or large-scale development projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of contract administration, project controls, design management, construction management, and project delivery processes.
