Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, providing expert consulting guidance.
  • •Drive retention, renewal, and growth of renewal income while supporting new business targets.
  • •Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance service delivery and identify opportunities.
  • •Conduct reviews of clients’ employee benefits requirements, document and analyze findings, and recommend enhancements.
  • •Manage the renewal and broking cycle and maintain deep knowledge of healthcare and risk markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience within the Health & Benefits sector is essential.
  • •A sound understanding of healthcare and risk concepts, particularly the “non-specialist” pillar.
  • •Proven track record of effective client-facing behaviours.
  • •Good interpersonal skills for internal and external client teams.
  • •A commercial mindset with effective planning of pipeline opportunities.
