Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor, hire, and supervise a staff of Systems Administrators/Engineers.
  • •Collaborate with internal business partners and stakeholders.
  • •Review and analyze operational policies, procedures, and infrastructure, then develop improvement strategies.
  • •Lead operational scheduling, planning, and projects for the department.
  • •Drive automation and simplicity to proactively optimize infrastructure performance, efficiency, and availability; coordinate production issues as needed and manage the operational budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of leadership and project management experience supporting critical production infrastructure.
  • •Basic understanding of SaaS infrastructure networking (L2-L3), TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
  • •Basic understanding of key security concepts and auditing requirements.
  • •Experience supporting Microsoft Windows in a production environment.
