Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver rolling 13-week plans that support safe, efficient, and profitable extraction of the orebody.
  • •Provide contextual schedule guidance in mine design and execution decisions.
  • •Identify volume and grade uplift opportunities and facilitate actions to realise them.
  • •Communicate plan and execution risks and recommend mitigation actions.
  • •Support quarterly and yearly budget processes and partner with mine-wide teams to optimise outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering–Mining or equivalent qualification.
  • •Experience applying theory of constraints concepts to inform decisions.
  • •Experience in underground operations and underground mine planning/design.

  • •Strong skills in analysis of performance data and clear communication, prioritisation, and problem-solving.
