Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of Connector Development Representatives, directing sourcing toward the agencies, roles, and relationships of greatest strategic significance.
  • •Set targets and territories, hold CDRs accountable for building a qualified pipeline, and coach them to sharpen outreach and qualification.
  • •Evaluate connector performance against production expectations, decide which connectors move into active production, and ensure a smooth transition to management.
  • •Develop strategy to move connectors through becoming producing connectors and own the efficacy of your section of the connector network.
  • •Track and report connector activity, production, and pipeline in CRM tools (Salesforce) and represent Filevine to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in recruiting, partnerships, business development, sales, or a customer-facing environment, with a track record of managing people, relationships, or a partner/channel portfolio.
  • •Proven ability to identify, develop, and manage partner/connector-style relationships and drive them to production.
  • •Experience directing/coaching a team toward targets, including prioritizing work, evaluating performance, and improving output.
