Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ambiguous, cross-cutting problems across identity, policy, admin, and AI governance where no single team owns end-to-end outcomes.
  • •Drive strategy and technical product direction for foundational primitives including identity, permissions, policy, scoped tokens, and agent governance.
  • •Partner with engineering across split ownership areas to align teams around coherent product direction.
  • •Shape and sequence platform tradeoffs, prioritizing substrate before surface and migration-blocking before net-new.
  • •Deliver wedge-driven end-to-end scenarios and represent the team with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders on key identity/access/AI-governance questions.

Salary: USD 163,593 - 257,325 annually
