Part-Time/On-Call Supervisor Detention Officer

Supervise detention officers in a detention facility, providing on-the-job training, guidance, and leadership to ensure contract compliance across shifts. Maintain staffing by managing open posts and call-offs, brief staff during muster and post checks, and oversee detainee counts and facility security. Conduct inspections and quality assurance, document incidents with accurate written and verbal reports, and support investigations of policy violations, emergencies, and detainee-related disturbances.
