Job Summary

Support campervan customers with a great handover and return experience while helping the station team with daily tasks. You’ll also pitch in with the exterior and interior cleaning of our campers to keep vehicles ready for guests. This hands-on role focuses on customer-friendly communication in German or English, teamwork at the station, and reliable, practical assistance throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle exterior and interior cleaning of the campervans as part of vehicle care.
•Assist in customer service by supporting customers during camper pickup and return.
•Make the customer experience memorable and support the roadsurfer journey.
•Support the station team with all daily tasks at the location.
•Help ensure #happyroadsurfer customers can start their trips smoothly.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 14 hourly

Key Requirements

•Hands-on attitude: you like to actively help and tackle tasks rather than working from an office.
•Class B driver’s license (Führerschein Klasse B) to move the vehicles.
•Communication skills in German or English to interact comfortably with customers.
•Willingness to support the station team with day-to-day tasks.
•Reliability and a customer-friendly approach during camper pickup and return.
