Job Summary

Perform complex electro-mechanical engineering technician work including design, test, checkout, fabrication, troubleshooting, and assembly for electronics and electro-mechanical systems. Diagnose system- and component-level electrical/mechanical issues with minimal supervision, document and recommend changes, and execute mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on AMAT platforms. Support NPI installs and field upgrades, follow safety standards, and train lower-level technicians while providing technical guidance as a platform/product resource.

•Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical system/sub-system problems at both system and component levels.
•Investigate, compile data, document results, and recommend changes to enhance product performance.
•Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on AMAT platforms and follow documentation/specifications.
•Maintain safety standards, support NPI/procedures, and train lower-level Engineering Technicians; may serve as a Quality Lead.
