Job Summary

Provide Level 2 onsite support for enterprise network and infrastructure services, including LAN/WAN/Wireless, IP telephony, unified communications, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunication infrastructure. Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis, execute network changes and planned maintenance, and handle incidents and service requests within SLA timelines. Serve as an onsite technical representative, collaborate with Level 3 teams and vendors, and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and network diagrams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 2 onsite support for network and infrastructure technologies including LAN/WAN, wireless, IP telephony and unified communications, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunication infrastructure
•Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents and service degradations
•Execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations per change management processes, and support planned maintenance and emergency restoration
•Handle and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines, escalating complex issues to Level 3 or vendors with proper documentation and technical analysis
•Act as onsite technical representative at customer locations and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, network diagrams, and incident/change/asset records

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
•3–5 years of hands-on experience in onsite network or infrastructure support in enterprise or managed services environments
•Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/wireless networking concepts, including IP telephony/VoIP fundamentals, AV/video conferencing, and firewall fundamentals
•Experience troubleshooting networks using established tools and methodologies, and familiarity with SLA-driven support models
•Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices
