Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, communicate, and evolve the platform’s architectural vision aligned to business goals.
  • •Lead high-level design discussions and decisions for new and existing products.
  • •Drive AWS cloud-native architecture with focus on scalability, availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • •Build POCs and pilots for AI capabilities and evaluate emerging AI/LLM and developer productivity trends.
  • •Set architectural principles, standards, and patterns, enforce design reviews, and govern coding/testing/CI/CD/monitoring across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Node.js).
  • •Hands-on experience with AI/ML tooling, including LLM integration and agent-based architectures.
  • •Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Experience in healthcare technology with knowledge of HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, and interoperability standards (preferred).
