Job Summary

Lead the architectural vision for a SaaS healthcare platform, driving cloud-native design on AWS with a focus on scalability, availability, performance, and cost. Build proof-of-concepts and pilots for AI/LLM and developer productivity capabilities, and set governance for AI-assisted development workflows. Own system scalability, COGS, and stability, define engineering standards (coding, testing, CI/CD, monitoring), and partner across Engineering, Product, Data Science, DevOps, Security, and external stakeholders.

•Define, communicate, and evolve the platform’s architectural vision aligned to business goals.
•Lead high-level design discussions and decisions for new and existing products.
•Drive AWS cloud-native architecture with focus on scalability, availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
•Build POCs and pilots for AI capabilities and evaluate emerging AI/LLM and developer productivity trends.
•Set architectural principles, standards, and patterns, enforce design reviews, and govern coding/testing/CI/CD/monitoring across teams.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Node.js).
•Hands-on experience with AI/ML tooling, including LLM integration and agent-based architectures.
•Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English to influence stakeholders at all levels.
•Experience in healthcare technology with knowledge of HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, and interoperability standards (preferred).
