Key Responsibilities

  • •Own financial management for the Home Traditional portfolio, including revenue, margin, cost, and mix.
  • •Drive quarterly performance analysis (actuals vs. forecast vs. long-term planning) and provide driver-and-risk insights.
  • •Partner on pricing strategy and manage ARU, promo ROI, and elasticity; monitor trends vs. targets and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Lead financial modeling and business case support for new product introductions, aligning cost targets with pricing and margin expectations.
  • •Deliver analytics and improve forecast accuracy and reporting automation while strengthening data governance for key financial metrics.
