Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain an ongoing awareness of opportunities across multiple teams (engineering, product, sales, operations) and communicate fit to hiring managers as roles become available
  • •Help curate a diverse and inclusive pipeline by engaging with candidates and collaborators who align with Videa’s values
  • •Assist in coordinating interview processes and feedback collection when opportunities arise
  • •Represent the talent pool program at internal and external events or outreach efforts to build awareness
  • •Contribute to the development of best practices for candidate engagement and pipeline management

  • •Must be a strong communicator with the ability to explain your value proposition to a variety of teams (engineering, product, sales, operations)
  • •Demonstrated customer focus and bias toward action in previous roles
