Key Responsibilities

•Maintain an ongoing awareness of opportunities across multiple teams (engineering, product, sales, operations) and communicate fit to hiring managers as roles become available
•Help curate a diverse and inclusive pipeline by engaging with candidates and collaborators who align with Videa’s values
•Assist in coordinating interview processes and feedback collection when opportunities arise
•Represent the talent pool program at internal and external events or outreach efforts to build awareness
•Contribute to the development of best practices for candidate engagement and pipeline management

Key Requirements

•Must be a strong communicator with the ability to explain your value proposition to a variety of teams (engineering, product, sales, operations)
•Demonstrated customer focus and bias toward action in previous roles
•Able to work in a fast-moving environment with an ownership mindset and collaborative approach
•Willingness to be considered for opportunities across multiple functions (engineering, product, sales, operations)
•Interest in contributing to a company building AI-enabled dental care technology
