Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design of key product areas end to end, including research, flows, prototypes, and the shipped experience.
  • •Drive design decisions with product and engineering daily, ensuring the experience holds up once real users use it.
  • •Design journeys across the marketplace, including clients booking and paying, professionals managing availability and jobs, and internal fulfilment.
  • •Involve yourself early in problem definition by challenging weak ideas before they reach a screen and pushing back on incorrect “easy” designs.
  • •Incorporate AI into the design workflow (research synthesis and rapid prototyping) to move faster and improve iteration quality.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally on consumer mobile, marketplace, or two-sided platform products.
  • •Excellent visual design craft (typography, spacing, hierarchy, composition, interaction, and detail) with a portfolio of production-ready mobile interfaces.
  • •Strong end-to-end UI/UX skills, taking a feature from problem definition through exploration to final design and implementation.
  • •A portfolio demonstrating meaningful ownership, including how the design evolved and the impact of the final solution.
  • •Demonstrable AI fluency: you can name AI tools, explain where they fit in your workflow, and show how they improve speed and output quality.
