Onsite EAP Counselor, Federal - Philadelphia, PA -24 Hours a week

Provide direct EAP services and workplace counseling to employees and organizations, using knowledge of federal regulations to handle employee concerns. Deliver assessment, triage, consultation, crisis intervention, and brief therapy; conduct EAP orientations, webinars, and trainings; manage caseload with documentation; build cross-functional relationships and contribute to team performance and continuous improvement.
